Jamie Liner

As a New England native who made the move to Charlotte in 2018 without knowing anyone, Jamie understands firsthand what it means to start over in a new city. Today, she combines that personal experience with her expertise in Charlotte real estate to help clients not only find the right home, but find the right fit for their next chapter.

Jamie works with clients across a wide range of real estate needs, from first-time homebuyers and those relocating to Charlotte, to homeowners sizing up or downsizing, and investors building and managing real estate portfolios. As an active real estate investor herself, she brings a practical understanding of the numbers, long-term considerations, and decisions that come with owning real estate as an investment, not just as a place to live.

Before real estate, Jamie built her career in Human Resources, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, problem-solving, and supporting people through important transitions. That people-first approach continues to shape the way she works today. She believes clients deserve more than a transaction; they deserve an advisor who listens, communicates clearly, knows the market, and helps them make informed decisions with confidence.

Having personally relocated, invested in property, and built a life in Charlotte, Jamie brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to every client relationship. Her approach is personalized, down-to-earth, and thoughtful, with a focus on making what can be an overwhelming process feel clear and manageable from the first conversation through closing - and beyond.

Outside of real estate, you’ll most likely find Jamie staying active outdoors, traveling, or supporting the small businesses and communities that make Charlotte home. She is also passionate about the local dog rescue and fitness communities and enjoys helping newcomers discover not only where to live, but what makes Charlotte such a great place to call home.
