Jamie O'Neill

Jamie O’Neill is a longtime Seattle resident with a lifelong connection to both design and real estate. She comes from a family deeply rooted in the industry, with a mother who was a muralist, a father who worked as a design builder and agent, and a grandmother who spent over 40 years in real estate. The art of creating and curating beautiful spaces has always been in her blood. After three decades as a salon owner and designer, where she built and designed her own storefront, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next chapter.

With over 30 years of experience in design and client service, Jamie brings a rare blend of creativity, attention to detail, and intuition to every client relationship. Her eye for interiors, color, and thoughtful design helps clients envision a home’s full potential, while her warm, authentic nature ensures they always feel cared for. Having lived across Seattle, from Ballard and Eastlake to Capitol Hill and Queen Anne, she brings decades of firsthand knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods.

Outside of real estate, Jamie enjoys life on Queen Anne with her partner Joseph and their beloved dog, Roo, a neighborhood favorite. She loves running, creating videos, hosting outdoor workouts, and volunteering with residents in assisted living. Whether she’s helping clients bring their vision of home to life or connecting with her community, Jamie believes everyone deserves to feel truly at home, seen, and cared for.
