Janice grew up here in Southwest Florida, left for college, and came back knowing there was nowhere else she’d rather be. That lifelong connection to the coast is the foundation of much of what she brings to her clients.

Before entering licensed brokerage, Janice spent years building and advising businesses across pharmaceuticals, residential and commercial real estate and healthcare — guiding clients through significant, often complex transactions. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting and is a Florida-licensed CPA.
