Jan Kolker

Jan is a Georgia native and has lived in Buckhead for more than 25 years. Her interest in real estate started while attending the University of Georgia, where she earned a degree in Real Estate-Finance. She spent time as a realtor in the mid ’90s before taking time off to raise her family. Her personable approach and desire to help friends and families find the best in-town living experience has brought Jan to Beacham.

Jan is married to Glenn Kolker, who also grew up in Atlanta and is in the commercial real estate business. They have two daughters who currently attend St. Pius X Catholic High School. Jan and Glenn are members of the Piedmont Driving Club and Brookwood Hills Community Association, where they currently reside. She is also active with Tophat Soccer Club, Brookwood Hills Garden Club, St. Martin’s Episcopal School PTO, and the St. Pius X Mother’s Group. The family attends Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
