Having a wealth of experience and a passion for real estate, Jan holds various designations such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, as well as a MS in Sustainable Practice from Lipscomb. She has been recipient of four consecutive GNR Awards of Excellence.  Currently working to complete her Broker designation, Jan’s commitment to ongoing education ensures that she remains at the forefront of industry trends, providing her clients with the highest level of expertise.

In addition to her extensive experience as a REALTOR, Jan generously lends her expertise by serving on the board for local community organizations. She currently serves on Friends of Donelson, and has served on the Donelson Hermitage Chamber, the L’Evate  and TN Women in Green boards.  Her commitment to giving back to the community shines through her involvement in numerous local initiatives and volunteer organizations.
