I became a Realtor about 9 months after buying my first home several years ago. That experience showed me how simple the process can be when you have the right knowledge and guidance, and it inspired me to help others navigate it with confidence.

I help buyers prepare for homeownership by understanding credit, debt-to-income ratios, and the lending process, and I guide sellers on how to properly position their homes in the market to attract strong buyers and maximize value.
