āI cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Jane Dehais. Before Jane, I had been working with another realtor in Maryland, and the experience was not meeting my needs. I was also dealing with realtors in another state, and none of them provided the level of detail, care, professionalism, and guidance that Jane did.
When I needed to change realtors in Maryland, my best friend referred me to Jane after both she and her sister had used her. From the moment Jane stepped in, she provided true white-glove service. I honestly did not know this was what working with a realtor was supposed to look like.
As an out-of-state buyer, Jane went above and beyond at every stage. She was flexible, responsive, and incredibly hands-on. When I could not be there in person, she went to properties on my behalf and FaceTimed me so I could still see everything in real time. She made sure I had the information I needed, and I always felt like she had my best interest at heart.
What stood out most is that Jane was honest, even when I was set on a property. If she did not believe there was value or if something did not make sense for me, she told me directly. She was not focused on her commission. She cared about my bottom line, what was fair, and what was truly best for me and my family. Jane was never just trying to sell a home. She was helping us find the right home.
Jane also worked seamlessly with my lender, who was amazing, and coordinated well with all parties involved, including the inspector. She recommended quality partners who have continued to be A-1 even after closing. Even now, after everything is complete, Jane is still providing value. She is no longer just my realtor; she is part of the family.
Any home I purchase in the DMV moving forward will be handled by Jane. I will recommend her to anyone without hesitation. I have worked with several realtors, and I can honestly say Jane is the best in the game. I am a critical person, and I have never been this impressed with someoneās work.

āKudos to Jane for helping us sell our home and then get us into our dream neighborhood. When Jane came by to look at our house we saw how she really took everything in. She walked through the entire house and garden asking questions, stopping to get a sense of the home and evaluating its potential. Our house was an older home but was totally renovated and considered a new build at the time it went to market. When Jane left after her first visit, my husband and I looked at each other and said "she gets it!" Jane walked us through the entire selling process and sold our home at $10,000 over asking price and within 19 hours. Our home buying experience with Jane was even more amazing. We were coming into a market with low inventory and saw very little that interested us. After almost two years of searching, Jane found our dream house in a much sought after neighborhood. The deadline for submitting bids was only a 7 hour window after the house was listed and all appointments to view the house were filled. Despite numerous bids that exceeded ours, Jane was able to close the deal for us. We know that this was due to the trust and relationship that she built with the selling agent and her network with lenders and appraisers and others. Jane was patient and explained every detail to us through both the selling and buying process. We highly recommend Jane and consider her a good friend.ā
