Experience – that’s the word that comes to mind when someone mentions Jane. Actively selling real estate since 1986, Jane has weathered all the real estate cycles – good and bad!  Counseling buyers and sellers is the key to her successful career.

As a former social worker, Jane uses the skills she acquired to help her clients - with patience, knowledge, skill and humor - deal with the stresses of buying and selling their homes.  Having lived and worked abroad in her early years, she understands what it means to relocate to a new environment. During her four plus decades in Mill Valley, her involvement in the community has been very broad based.  This includes board membership on a myriad of local non-profits, including KIDDO, Senior Access, Los Amigos de Las Americas, Outdoor Art Club and the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival; and as the author of the widely read “Richmond Report”, a real estate statistical newsletter, Jane, has become well-known and respected in the real estate arena.

Over the years, Jane has culled through inspectors, vendors and other leading experts to create the perfect team to interface with their clients. Intimate knowledge of the Marin communities, participants in all the top agent networks and exceptional relations with colleagues help Jane to be “in the know” about properties not yet on the market

Whether moving to a different size home, a new local community, selling a family home after many years of residence or making a major geographical change, real estate transactions are often quite stressful for buyers and sellers.  During this time, the real estate agent often becomes a therapist, a confidant and a friend.  Making it pleasant, efficient and often with a little humor thrown in, Jane carefully manages the process with ease.
