About Jane
Jane has nearly ten years of real estate experience in the New York City market; Generating over $60mm in sales since her start in 2019. Prior to working in real estate sales, Jane developed her reputation in the industry by building two real estate tech startups: LavaMap and Rentlogic. She has also worked independently with developers to implement new tech products, giving her a deep understanding of both commercial and residential real estate. 

Today, Jane resides in Greenwich Village, near Washington Square Park. After purchasing her primary residence in 2022, she completed a full loft renovation in just two months, gaining extensive firsthand knowledge of the construction process in NYC. Passionate about smart design Jane is keen on advising her clients on how to maximize value through renovations.

Jane focuses primarily on the downtown Manhattan market. Prior to moving back to Manhattan in 2020, she lived where Williamsburg meets Greenpoint giving her extensive neighborhood knowledge of the Brooklyn market as well. You can count on Jane to provide a hyper responsive and warm approach when working with clients. She prides herself on being straight forward and pragmatic to get deals done with speed. With an expertise in marketing and branding, Jane brings positivity and excitement to all of her listings. She also has a creative negotiating style, closing impressive deals for her buyers and sellers alike. 

Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Jane earned a degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College. During college, she studied art and fashion in the city of Florence, Italy and remains fluent in Italian.
