About Janelle
Janelle is an established top-rated agent who knows her market and enjoys helping her clients
accomplish their personal real estate goals. As a Florida resident for twenty years, and a full-time real
estate professional since 2010, she has intimate local market knowledge combined with years of builder
and real estate insider experience to help her clients navigate the market. Dedicated to delivering a

Aside from
traditional real estate sales, she is uniquely qualified to sell custom luxury homes and help buyers with
new construction. After graduating USF with Honors, Janelle began corporate real estate sales at a
Fortune 500 builder company earning national top producer awards in sales volume and customer
service. She accelerated her career in the custom luxury market overseeing sales and marketing for
several of the region’s most exclusive custom home builders. In 2017, she transitioned from
representing builders to working on behalf of clients in general real estate.
