About Janet

Janet is an interior designer and real estate broker bringing to her clients an invaluable dual service.  Born in New York, she grew up on Long Island where she met her husband Rob and who’s job relocated them to Southern California.  It was in California where she earned both her real estate brokers license and certification in interior design from the Interior Design institute of Newport Beach California.

Janet began her real estate career more than 20 years ago first as Sr. Loan Officer for one of the largest banks becoming one of the top 1% loan agents in Orange County, California.  Soon later she transitioned her skills to real estate sales as a licensed Real Estate Broker with her husband establishing a boutique real estate team and recognized as the top team for over 10 years in their local market of southern Orange County.  Striving to show up as five-star agents in every sense of the word by providing the highest level of service always putting their clients first. Janet is committed to continually honing her expertise in all aspects of the business, taking advantage of the latest technology as she continues to expand upon and improve the range of services that she offers her clients. She holds several esteemed designations in her profession, which include being a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and in 2021 the Founder and Principal Designer at LINEN + ORCHID a successful interior design firm, offering full-service interior design for all her clients.

When time allows, Janet with her family enjoys hiking, traveling, walking their pups, and dining out with friends.
