"Janet was a great realtor for us. She stayed on top of everything during the whole process. We had a contingent offer get accepted for a house we wanted, but we had to sell our house within 19 days. She went into overdrive, guiding us through on staging the home, getting a photographer to take pics, going through all the paperwork with us and explaining things well, etc... We could contact her whenever (even late night) and she was always willing to help. She put on two open houses for us and we were able to sell in about 2 weeks! Also, Janet negotiated with the seller to drop the price and fix some issues after the home inspection. You can tell she is very professional and has great experience in the real estate world.
