About Janet

Janet Cantwell-Papale exemplifies what it means to be invincible at heart. Not only did she survive a childhood brush with death, but also while a star athlete on the USA World Gymnastics team, she had a devastating career ending knee injury and was forced to reinvent herself. As a Penn State grad, she went on to teach, coached gymnastics all over the world, and started the Women’s Gymnastics program at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1984, Janet started her career in real estate and never looked back. She is married to Vince Papale, former Philadelphia Eagle, the subject of the hit Disney movie Invincible. Both Janet & Vince are the first husband & wife team inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame for their individual athletic achievements.

Janet has now nested in South Florida and is putting all of her incredible energy and passion into real estate. She has teamed up with her children, Gabriella (28) and Vincent (25), to form The Papale Group. As a longtime resident; realtor in South Jersey, and Philly, she frequently was a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) and Million Dollar Sales Club since 2000. She is still a Broker in Pennsylvania, as well as a realtor in Florida, and has set up a full service team of agents in all three states under The Papale Group.

Licensed for nearly four decades she is a successful businesswomen, entrepreneur, author, and mentor. Her leadership qualities as a coach fits right in with what it takes to turn dreams into reality, like buying a house. She is referred to as “The Connector” thanks to her relationships with so many of those who assist in the journey of making the possible deal into a done deal. She has the ability to help people reach their full potential with a positive approach to getting to the finish line.
