About Janet
Having been born and raised in the Bay Area, and now raising my children in the Bay, I have personally witnessed the ever-so-constant shift of the market over the decades. I am well versed in the current market trends, the drive it takes to buy and sell on a client level, and what it means to live and survive in a city I proudly call home.

Navigating buyers and sellers on the intricate path to closing a deal requires many traits: skills to proactively present market analytics/stats/trends, the natural ability to demonstrate trust and candor with all parties, strong negotiation tactics, and most importantly, the drive to get clients to the finish line.
