About Janet
Having been born and raised in the Bay Area, and now raising my children in the Bay, I have personally witnessed the ever-so-constant shift of the market over the decades. I am well versed in the current market trends, the drive it takes to buy and sell on a client level, and what it means to live and survive in a city I proudly call home.
Navigating buyers and sellers on the intricate path to closing a deal requires many traits: skills to proactively present market analytics/stats/trends, the natural ability to demonstrate trust and candor with all parties, strong negotiation tactics, and most importantly, the drive to get clients to the finish line. Buyers and sellers can rest assured that I will be there to help guide them in all areas of the process - wherever they may be in their buying or selling journey.
