Named Rookie of the Year after her first 12 months in real estate, Janet became a Platinum Level Producer in her second year in the industry. She is a Certified Cartus, Brookfield, and Weichert Relocation Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Agent.

Janet transitioned into real estate from a 25-year career in the hospitality industry, where she developed a transferable set of skills perfect for real estate, including property management, marketing and advertising, problem resolution, negotiating, need assessment, financial management, and purchasing. Her most important takeaway from the hotel industry is the spirit of service, recognized by Bill Marriott with the Mustang Award, the highest merit award for service. Janet carries that joy of service into her real estate business.
