About Janette
For over 20 years, I have called Philadelphia my home. I have lived in a variety of homes and neighborhoods and have loved each of them for different reasons. Where you choose to live has the power to shape your day-to-day life and is also a critical part of your financial future. 

Whether you want to upgrade, downsize, or purchase an investment property- let's talk! I have almost a decade of of experience in Real Estate and have worked with a variety of clients, all with a unique set of needs. 

I think like an investor, because I am an investor- but I also understand that coming home is one of the most comforting and sacred things in our busy lives. Community is invaluable, and where we choose to live impacts our daily lives. 

I think like a designer- because I am a designer. I see each property I walk into through this lens. I love helping my clients make modest, yet impactful, changes to their homes to increase market value or to visualize the full potential of a new property.
