A former professor of economics and business and vice president at a leading economic and financial consulting firm, Janis Carey brings a data-driven, strategic approach to real estate. She blends financial knowledge, valuation expertise, and deep insight into Denver’s market dynamics with integrity and advocacy—helping clients evaluate opportunities, make well-timed decisions, and position themselves competitively. Her passion for real estate is rooted in a love of architecture and design, her enjoyment of teaching and mentoring, and her desire to support people during times of change. Janis has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
