About Janis

Janis has been sharing her love of Friendship Heights and surrounding areas with her clients for over 25 years.- the award winning park, the community center, the diverse community, the proximity to the Metro, shopping and restaurants. She started her career as office manager, but soon became the go-to agent selling condominiums as well as townhouses and single family homes. Janis not only works here in Friendship Heights, she lives here and knows all the ins and outs of the neighborhood.


When Janis takes a break from her busy schedule, she often visits a friend in London. They plan great side trips through-out the continent, where Janis satisfies a lifelong interest in art. She also visits her family in Massachusetts. But she always returns to her home in the Village of Friendship Heights.
