Jared Fleischer is the Senior Sales Manager for the Compass North Dallas Sales Office in Frisco, TX. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas for 19 years and served in sales management capacity for the last 10 years. He previously managed the Compass Lakewood office from 2020-2022 and spent the previous 6 years in a Sales Leader role with another prominent local real estate firm.
With a focus on supporting agents in growing their business as well as providing the best client experience possible, Jared leverages his experience to guide, coach, mentor, and advise top-level real estate professionals on all aspects of the business.
Jared's background in real estate includes sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and retention. He joined Compass in 2020 recognizing the brokerage was quickly on the trajectory to be a major player in the Dallas Fort Worth Market. Compass was named the #1 real estate brokerage in the country in both 2022, 2023, and 2024 (per Real Trends) for most real estate volume closed across the country.
Jared is passionate and thoughtful about serving both the agents and clientele of Compass. He prides himself on his accessibility, knowledge, integrity, and willingness to assist in any situation. People are the heart of the real estate industry and he loves nothing more than building strong rapport and culture within the office and organization.
Jared is a lifelong Dallas Forth Worth resident currently residing in his hometown of Richardson, TX. He and his wife Katie married in 2009 and parents to twin boys, Brendan and Everett. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family as well coaching and supporting his boys in their schoolwork and extracurricular activities.
