Jared is the managing broker and founder of The JH1 Team with Compass and has been in real estate since 2015. Managing & guiding his team they have grown to consistently be one of the top teams in Washington & specifically Seattle according to Real Trends volume rankings.

Coming from an extensive construction background he specializes in residential redevelopment and ground up development. Primarily focusing on the greater Seattle and Bellevue areas. With an established team and an exceptional eye for design and functionality of homes he is able to provide a unique and one of a kind service to his clients.
