More than real estate, building a solid long lasting relationships with his clients is what Jared sees as truly important. Raised in San Francisco since 2006, Jared has over a decade of experience living in the bay area. Along with his understanding of the local market, it is the trusted relationships built with all the other professionals such as general contractors and local agents that make make him the one stop shop for anything real estate related.
Jared's love for real estate started at a very young age when he saw his General Contractor father built a 3 story home from a empty dirt lot to remolding century old buildings to modern structures of art. With his time interacting with investors daily, Jared learned to differentiating properties by fixers to remodels to touch ups for his clients.
As of recently Jared join a team of REALTORs, Marco Wan and Kevin Chow to further expand his connections and knowledge that will greatly help his clients find the perfect home anywhere in the peninsula along with getting the top prices for our clients listing.
