Jarrett is a proud Florida State University graduate in Business Management and Communication. As a seasoned professional deeply rooted in the world of hospitality, Jarrett served as a managing partner and restaurateur for over two decades, where he honed his skills ensuring meticulous attention to detail and crafting extraordinary experiences, qualities that now seamlessly translate into his real estate career. His journey into real estate was sparked by a connection to the process of purchasing his own home and investment property. Surrounded by a network of friends and family in the industry, Jarrett embraced his true calling, knowing that real estate was his destined path. Jarrett’s expertise in business management and exceptional communication skills enable him to navigate the complexities of the real estate process while ensuring his clients are well-informed and confidently guided at every step, making their property journey truly memorable. 

Born in the picturesque town of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Jarrett's ties to the area span five generations. For the past decade, he has called Vero Beach home alongside his wife Britney, their two spirited boys, Brooks and Crew, and an Orange Taby Cat named Maui. Jarrett and his family enjoy fishing, beach outings, and swimming in the pool, all capturing the essence of the coastal life they treasure. Little Jim Bait & Tackle is his family’s favorite place for dining because of its live music and waterside location where the kids indulge in fishing adventures from the dock. When seeking an escape, the family gravitates towards the pristine lakes of North Carolina. Looking to the future, Jarrett's bucket list brims with excitement and he hopes to explore all 50 states, reel in a blue marlin, and vacation in an overwater bungalow.
