About Jarrett
Jarrett is counting his twentieth year in the real estate business, spanning both east and west coasts. A Connecticut native, and third-generation real estate agent, he began pursuing the field of real estate immediately following his matriculation from American University and was first licensed to practice real estate at the age of 21 in Washington, DC. Since obtaining his license to practice in California in 2012, Jarrett has demonstrated a successful track record in negotiating the winning bids for his buyers in multiple offer situations.

Jarrettā€™s true passion for this work comes from the satisfaction of helping mint new homeowners. Helping his buyer clients build equity in their real assets is what drives him to work relentlessly for their best interests. For his sellers, Jarrett feels a personal obligation to give nothing less than 110% when working on his clientsā€™ most personal investment.

Jarrett has experience with probate and bankruptcy sales, as well as owning and operating successful vacation rentals and other investment property, which he enjoys sharing his knowledge of with clients. Jarrett also has extensive experience serving on the Board of Directors of multiple Homeowners Associations and is an excellent resource for clients with HOA questions.

As with all people businesses, the combination of honesty, integrity and always answering the phone has proven to be a winning strategy. Jarrett lives in Los Angeles with his partner Keith and their four French Bulldogs and a Pomeranian. He enjoys remodeling real estate, cooking and everything Frenchie related.
