"Jasmin was truly a God-send and indispensable to our house search and buying process. My husband and I met Jasmin very fortuitously, when we randomly popped into an open-house (in Boulder) after a hike in the Flatirons. She was very warm, down-to-earth, and personable; and we shared with her our long-term goals of moving to the mountains to raise our newborn. (We were living in Georgia). Jasmin took the time over the next few months to really get to know us and hone in on what type of house and community we were looking for. Jasmin patiently navigated through that whole process with us, casting a wide net and checking in with us as needed to refine our search. Because we were out of town, we relied on her completely to be our eyes and ears as she traveled to preview MANY homes for us over the course of several months. When my husband decided to jump on a plane at the last minute (which he did TWICE in September 2023) to see some promising possibilities, she accommodated his schedule and made herself available to see as many houses as he was able to during his visit. She was always very honest about the pros and cons of each house; she never once pushed us in a certain direction or urged us to take a course of action (unless we specifically asked for direct advice). She was very well-informed about all the different neighborhoods and towns we were considering, too-- Boulder, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, and the neighborhoods in Denver. In the end, we found our perfect little home (in Louisville). Through the closing process she continued to be a huge support. She is so organized and detail-oriented that we knew nothing was going to slip through the cracks. She advocated for us at each step of the way, and once we closed, she even went over, unbidden, to help winterize our house as snow was expected (and we were still in Georgia). That kind of personalized and loving care is what you can expect from Jasmin. She is a total pro, and she will give you her ALL, whether or not you’re spending $500K or $5million.
