I grew up in Asia and moved to the Bay Area over 30 years ago, where I came to deeply appreciate California’s unique lifestyle, natural beauty, and rich cultural diversity. 

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years as a licensed insurance agent, specializing in property and casualty insurance—a license I continue to maintain. That experience taught me the importance of careful listening, attention to detail, and putting clients’ long-term interests first. It also allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula.

I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and conversational in Spanish and German, which helps me connect with clients from many backgrounds. Earlier in my career, I also had the opportunity to serve as an appointment spokesperson for my prior employer on Channel 26 KTSF—an experience that strengthened my communication skills and community involvement.

My work has always been guided by a strong sense of responsibility, focus, and genuine care for the people I serve. As a real estate agent, I’m grateful for the chance to continue supporting the community I love, combining my customer-service background with a thoughtful, steady approach to helping clients navigate important decisions.
