A graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut, Chris launched his real estate career as a financial analyst at CEDARst, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm in Chicago. There, he built a strong foundation in investment analysis and market evaluation. He later joined Sterling Bay’s asset management team, where he helped manage high-profile developments—most notably the West Loop headquarters for Google and McDonald’s. His role involved underwriting acquisitions, managing capital relationships, and overseeing key operational decisions across a diverse portfolio.
Chris brings this deep institutional experience to his brokerage work, offering clients a rare blend of analytical precision and real-world market savvy.
