Jason Bergmann

A native of Chicagoland, Jason was born and raised in the west suburbs and has spent the past 10 years residing in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Jason has had an interest in real estate from a very young age, partially due to a long family history in construction. Both his father and grandfather were builders, and he has spent his life surrounded by remodeling and new home construction. He has even propelled this acquired knowledge into doing some of his own rehab projects and considers this a major advantage to helping his clients in their real estate transactions.

Jason brings a multifaceted background that provides a wide array of tools that help provide an excellent experience for his clients. This includes extensive experience in the hospitality industry which has helped to provide a “service-minded” way of thinking, putting the client’s wants and needs ahead of all others. He very much dislikes the hard sell, high-pressured “sales” style of doing business. Instead he replaces this with honesty and integrity, and takes the approach of a trusted advisor, analyst, advocate, and strategist. He strives to educate and guide his clients through each step of the real estate transaction, providing an enjoyable experience in the process. He likes to treat every transaction as his own, and acts as a loyal partner who will go above and beyond to protect his clients best interests.

When Jason isn’t helping his clients, you will find him spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two young boys, Brayden and Ethan, and you may even find him at the local dog park with his rescue dog, Gator. In addition he loves playing poker, golfing, and going to local street fests and restaurants.
