About Jason
Underlying every real estate transaction is a set of goals, transitions, and new beginnings in peoples’ lives. Jason excels at getting his clients to their next chapter through a combination of his warm, engaging style and reasoned, methodical approach to every sale or purchase. Drawing on his decade of experience in finance, investment management, and holistic financial planning, and as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder, he leverages his financial acumen and analytical focus to help his clients navigate the sophisticated San Francisco market. Jason also has entrepreneurial experience as a startup founder and has acquired valuable experience in marketing, sales, and negotiation that he applies relentlessly to ensure clients achieve their real estate goals.
Jason lives in San Francisco with his wife and their three young children. He has lived in Dogpatch since 2007 and believes the community, businesses, and collective “can-do” spirit embodying Dogpatch’s industrial, artistic, and blue-collar past makes it a special place to live. Jason has explored San Francisco’s many unique neighborhoods and loves experiencing the gems that make each neighborhood distinctive. His explorations fueled a passion for San Francisco real estate and understanding the nuances of each neighborhood and property.
A graduate of Boston College, whose motto is to be men and women for others, he is committed to living out that motto in both his personal and professional life. He believes that strong schools are a vital component of a sustainable and thriving neighborhood, and as part of that commitment, he donates 1% of his commissions for every transaction to the PTA of a public school in the neighborhood of the sale or purchase, and an additional 1% to La Scuola International School, an Italian immersion preschool through 8th grade school which has been a tremendous contributor to our community since its founding. Lastly, Jason contributes to Compass Cares, which has donated nearly $1,000,000 to locally based organizations directly assisting San Francisco residents.
