Jason is a fourth-generation real estate professional and has been a licensed residential broker in the Greater Seattle area since 2004. He earned his real estate license as his senior project in high school and soon after helped his father launch a brokerage of their own. In those early years, Jason hit the ground running - assisting his parents as they guided clients through more than 200 home sales in just a few short years. From running errands and hosting open houses to navigating complex negotiations before he was even 20, that fast-paced start became the foundation of his career.
Real estate runs deep in Jason’s family, but what truly drew him in was witnessing the impact his parents and grandparents had on their clients’ lives. Buying or selling a home is a major transition, and seeing his family serve as trusted guides through those journeys shaped his own approach to the business. Now, with over two decades of experience and more than 500 transactions under his belt, Jason carries that same sense of responsibility and purpose into every client relationship.

Jason and his wife, Erica, live along the Raging River in Preston, a quiet, forested community just outside of Issaquah. Their household includes their young daugther, Juniper, a pit bull, a Bengal cat, multiple chickens, and an ever-growing collection of adventure gear.
