"The first thing I liked about Jason was how persistent he was. This is not a trait I typically like in a salesperson, but I was considering a couple of different listing agents. The communication with the other two was very limited and sporadic. Jason consistently reached out to provide information and make sure all our questions were answered when preparing to list our home for sale. He was persistent in maintaining contact before we listed our house, and I realized that he was the type of person who would work hard to sell our house. We were not wrong.
Jason continued to provide information for what would happen during every step of the selling process. He was always available to answer questions. He was clear about what information he was basing his recommended list price on, and that was reassuring to us. It turned out that the recommended list price was spot on to generate enough interest very early to receive multiple offers.
Another thing I liked is that if he was not sure about something, he had a group of real estate professionals, he would reach out to. He did not act like he knew everything. He would say, this is what I think, but let me reach out to this group and see what they think. This feedback was helpful in a few of the decisions we made when getting the house ready to sell.
Something else I appreciated was his insistence on having the house staged for the photos and open house. I did not want to stage the house because we were still living in it and had some of our things in the house we could not move. We thought it looked good enough. We had moved a lot of things out to show it, but he really pushed for a designer to come in and stage the house. This really made an impression on me. I knew he was invested and committed to making our home look the best it could and getting us the best offers.
When the offers came in, he didn't just send them to us. He organized them on a spreadsheet and explained the strengths of each one. We received ten offers within three days of listing it, and they were all over the asking price!

"My wife and I worked with Jason Hoelter to purchase an investment property, and we can't say enough good things about our experience and about Jason as both a Realtor and a person. "Buying my first home was the biggest purchase, biggest decision, and the biggest accomplishment of my adult life. To say it was scary and a roller coaster would be an understatement. I would venture to say this is true with any big decision. However, with any big event, good or bad, I can only hope to have a teammate and coach like Jason throughout the process. He is personable, kind, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are taken care of in every way. For example, I looked at homes for, over the span of about two years, I was not going to purchase until I found exactly what I wanted. Jason was patient, sending me property updates throughout that entire time and also available to look at any place within 48 hours of my asking. He never pushed a property on me but would help educate me on things outside of common knowledge (i.e., new developments coming, expensive fixes that were noticeable, perks of the location).
