"Jason educated us and kept us in the loop throughout the entire selling process, and his team was extremely communicative and helpful. I was looking for a realtor who had my family's interests in mind."

"Jason helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. He provided us valuable input during the sale of our home, which led to our home selling quickly and above list price. During the purchase of our new home, we ran into a very difficult seller and had to back out of the deal, his guidance during this process was invaluable. In the end we wound up with a better house in a better location so we are extremely happy."

"Jason Kogok was my realtor for a home I purchased, and he did an outstanding job. He was on top of things from the very start, providing me with all of the information I needed to make the right decision. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and the first group of listings he sent me was right on the money. He also was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I was able to find a home that met all my criteria very quickly out of the very first group of houses that we went to look at. Jason focused on finding houses that met my criteria best, rather than just trying to show me houses at the top end of my price range - with the end result being I found a house that was perfect for me and actually came in well under my budget. I was extremely pleased."

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in the Triangle—Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, or anywhere in between—I’d welcome the opportunity to talk.
I’ve been in real estate since 2002 and have been involved in over 1,500 transactions totaling almost $500M in volume. I’ve worked through every type of market—fast, slow, competitive, and uncertain—and what that experience gives my clients is the ability to navigate decisions with clarity, not guesswork.
What sets my approach apart is the combination of real estate, construction, and financial expertise. In addition to my broker’s license, I hold a North Carolina General Contractor’s license, which allows me to evaluate homes, improvements, and potential issues in a way most agents can’t. Whether you’re preparing to sell or considering a purchase, I focus on the decisions that actually move the needle—what adds value, what doesn’t, and how to position a property to achieve the best outcome.
I also serve as an adjunct lecturer at NC State University, teaching graduate-level courses in real estate finance and economics. That perspective keeps me closely connected to the numbers behind the market—pricing strategy, investment considerations, and how broader economic trends impact real estate decisions. My clients benefit from that level of analysis every day.
Over the years, I’ve worked with buyers, sellers, builders, and developers, helping guide projects from initial concept all the way through completion. But at the end of the day, my role is simple: help you make the best possible decision for your situation. That means being honest, even when it’s not always what you want to hear, and providing clear guidance on pricing, negotiation, and timing.
If you’re ready to sell, considering a purchase, or just trying to understand your options in today’s market, I’m always happy to have a conversation—no pressure, just straightforward advice.
