EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET:
I entered the industry at the age of 21 in 1998 and quickly became one of the top agents in my office. I was promoted to Broker/Manager of several offices for 16+ years. I then became a District Manager overseeing my personal high-performing office along with 5 additional offices at my prior firm. I chose to pursue new opportunities at COMPASS because I was confident in the tools, resources and vision to help our agents provide superior service to their clients now and into the future. I have since seen the impact on our agent's businesses directly. I serve as the Managing Director for Missouri, Kansas & Tennessee. My 'real life'​ experience comes from personally selling hundreds of homes and directly managing well in excess of 25,000+ residential home sales. I meet with agents personally to coach/consult on: Business Planning, Business Development, Team Formation, Team Structure, Succession Planning and More.
I am currently a MAR Director for the State of Missouri and have over a decade of service to the St. Louis Association of Realtors Grievance, Ethics & Professional Standards Committees.
I am a licensed real estate broker-salesperson with a degree in Business and marketing focus.
A certified instructor presenting instructional & CE courses on a wide range of topics including Ethics, RRES, CHC (Certified Home Coach) and other Designation Courses for my brokerage and the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
