"Jason's service during the sales process for my home was nothing short of outstanding. Because I do not reside in the home (it is a seasonal home), I relied on Jason numerous times to 'help me out' with a million different things, often requiring his time and effort well outside of normal working hours. Jason always jumped right in - whether it was overseeing a contractor brought in to perform post-inspection repairs, or securing the house in preparation for a storm, or coordinating any number of other activities (and there were MANY needs to be met). On the real-estate sale side, he worked tirelessly to find a buyer for my home, and continued to look for additional buyers in case the 'deal fell though'. Which, it did (twice) and he was able to dive back into his network and bring another buyer. "When I had inquired about a piece of property that was listed on Zillow, Jason had answered the inquiry instantly and hit the ground running. I cannot express how satisfied and lucky I was to find a realtor like him. The property owner had not been so eager to sell and was on and off for six months? or even longer, Jason kept on top of the owners realtor which was located in Orlando and kept me updated about what was happening. Jason had worked very hard for me and after numerous issues with the property, dealing with a seller who was not easy to deal with, a trailer illegally parked on the property and with all odds against me, Jason made it happen, he went above and beyond for me.
