Jason Skeoch

Jason’s passion for real estate goes back over 30 years! Having grown up in Danville, he decided to put his local knowledge and people skills to work in the real estate business back in 1994. 

While working in Real Estate, a new business opportunity arose in the Telecommunications industry. Jason decided to try his luck at a new start up as their first sales associate. 

He began his Telecommunications career with TriNet Communications where he demonstrated his talent for working with customers to help define and solve their problems.  Eventually becoming Vice President of Sales, he directed the sales and marketing efforts of the company nationwide, creating a business and sales plan that caused annual revenue to grow from $5 Million to nearly $100 Million.

Concurrent with his stint at TriNet, Jason conceived and founded with partners All Systems Broadband, which quickly grew to a multimillion-dollar enterprise.  As CEO he oversaw the company’s migration from a supplier of commodity products to a dynamic, engineering-based company that held over 20 patents mostly in fiber optic technologies.  Recognizing the potential for continued growth of the firm, Jason guided the company in its acquisition by a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 100 company. 

After his nearly 25-year career in the Telecom space, Jason decided to go back to his original interest in the real estate industry where he is using his proven business skills to help clients navigate the residential real estate market. He is also an experienced Real Estate investor. 

Jason is a dedicated Philanthropist. He is co-founder of Active Charity, which was formed to organize fundraisers for local charities, particularly those that help children and veterans.  Since its founding in 2005, Active Charity has raised over $4 million for the local chapter of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) to help find a cure for Type-1 Diabetes.  Jason in currently on Board of Directors of the Northern CA Chapter of Breakthrough T1-D (Formally JDRF) where he serves as the Vice President. A portion of each sales commission is donated to Active Charity and Breakthrough T1D. 

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications at Chico State University and possesses a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from St. Mary’s College.  He lives in Danville, CA with his wife and two children.
