About Jason
After roughly 10 years and almost 170M in general real estate sales representing the public, I decided to shift my career model a bit in the Summer of ‘23.  Now working with past clients and on unique and fun listings primarily, I’m allocating some spare-time to the investment side of the business.

I focus on really anything I can add value to, operate with multiple capital partners, and have collected a massive book of vendors. Flips, multifamily housing and syndication, commercial applications, land development, anything…I've done these deals for others my whole career and now I do them for myself too.

I am heavy in love with the Sarasota area, lived here almost 40 years. I've fished all the waterways, played all the golf courses, and my wife Holly and I frequent our best restaurants. She owns Modern Soul Boutique in Burns Ct downtown and we have 2 amazing dogs, Whiskey and Quinn.
