About Jay M.

Jay M. Cronin is a real estate agent licensed to practice in Massachusetts. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.


Jay immigrated from England, having lived in Spain, The Marshall Islands, and multiple States and Cities within America, before making Greater Boston home. Jay is a believer that, “home is where you lay your head. The goal is to make the transitions, less traumatic, more transformative.”


Jay graduated from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and holds a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in entrepreneurship. An active member of his community Jay raises money and advocates for non-profits including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Cradles to Crayons, Animal Rescue League of Boston and Community Servings. When he is not working or advocating, Jay resides in Jamaica Plain with his wife Giana and dog Dutch. 


Jay joins Headway Group at Compass eager to help relocation clients, renters, owners, investors, developers and corporate clients in various stages of their real estate life-cycle.
