About Jay

Jay Rubenstein has been a licensed Realtor since 1978. For the past 10 years he was the sales manager of the Compass Malibu office, the #1 real estate office in Malibu (based on market share of listings and sales volume per The MLS). With over 47 years of sales and management experience, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to his trusted clients. He graduated from Pepperdine University's Seaver College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Jay is happily married to his college sweetheart, Anne. They have two daughters, Rachel and Julie, who is married to Nathaniel Bennett. They also have three grandchildren, Jace, Cole, and Layne. In his free time, Jay enjoys playing Pickleball and going on exotic bodyboarding trips around the world.
