About Jay
Jay Rubenstein is the sales manager at the Compass Malibu office, which has been the #1 real estate office in Malibu for the past 4 years (based on market share in the MLS). With over 45 years of sales and management experience, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to the Compass team. He graduated from Pepperdine University's Business School in Malibu and has been licensed since 1978.
Jay is happily married to his college sweetheart, Anne. They have two daughters, Rachel and Julie, who is married to Nathaniel Bennett. They also have three grandchildren, Jace, Cole, and Layne. In his free time, Jay enjoys playing Pickleball and going on exotic bodyboarding trips around the world.
