In 2017, Jay took a significant step by purchasing his own home, which marked a pivotal moment in his real estate career. Since then, he has had the privilege of assisting numerous first-time homebuyers, like himself, as well as working with sellers and investors. For Jay, the most rewarding part of the real estate industry is the opportunity to create "magic" for his clients and helping them achieve one of the biggest milestones in their lives. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jay is an avid hiker. He finds solace in exploring the breathtaking Hawaiian islands and reveling in the natural beauty the islands have to offer. The distinctive landscapes of Hawaii hold a special place in his heart, and he feels fortunate to call Hawaii his home. Family is also important in Jay's life, and he comprehends the critical nature of discovering a home that aligns with the diverse needs and aspirations of each family member.
