Andy Dulman launched a career in real estate simply because he loves helping people improve their lives. As an active listener, Andy invests the time to truly understand the unique qualities of each client and each home to find the perfect match. He approaches his clients’ goals with integrity, care, and a sense of humor. Andy fundamentally believes that fostering an enjoyable and highly personalized process always leads to superior results. Selling 20 million dollars of real estate within his first year, he earned the Rising Star Award from the California Association of Realtors and was featured in the LA Times as “Rookie of the Year” for Southern California.

Coming from a career as an award-winning comedy commercial director, Andy has worked with notable brands such as Instagram, Coca-Cola, Google, TripAdvisor, and Mercedes-Benz. Andy draws on many of the same skills that he cultivated while working on advertising campaigns, most notably the ability to make big budget decisions and to foster seamless collaboration. His highly trained visual talent also gives him a sharp eye for top quality staging, photography, and translating clients’ visions into the successful marketing of their luxury and investment properties.

Andy prides himself on being a proactive and creative problem solver; he believes that there is no room for error at this level of business, and that trust and reliable communication are the bedrock of all partnerships. After years of working with highly successful individuals and companies, Andy understands that his clients’ privacy is of the utmost importance. He employs a full-service approach to his clients’ needs whether it’s finding a perfect first home, maximizing profit from the sale of a property, or securing profitable rental property investments. Andy guides clients through market shifts and trends by employing innovative technologies and exclusive networks, bringing them new opportunities not yet released to the public. 

Born in San Francisco to a family of Russian immigrants, Andy inherited his love of real estate from his mother, a successful broker of over 20 years. Before moving to Los Angeles, Andy was first introduced to Hollywood when he partnered with actress Natalie Portman to co-found the entertainment portal MakingOf.com. He then attended the University of Southern California where he graduated with a B.A. in film and television production with emphases on business, psychology, and advertising. Over the past decade, Andy has developed a wide-ranging knowledge of the various communities, neighborhoods, and markets throughout Los Angeles. He is a REALTOR®, also fluent in Russian, and is a member of the Directors Guild of America, the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
