If you are selling a home, we will start with a complimentary staging consultation to help with your home preparation. It continues with a team of full-time licensed real estate brokers, and professional marketing services with a proven track record of success all the way through the closing process with our escrow partner that will accommodate you to sign closing documents at your convenience. Everything we do is geared toward making the process as easy for you as we possibly can!

If you are buying a home, there are several of us available to you so that you don’t have to adjust your schedule. We will make sure you get into the new listings right away! We will listen to your needs and show you homes you might not otherwise see. We have a lender that provides competitive mortgage rates while giving preferred service to our clients, and like with sellers, we can arrange that you sign closing documents at a convenient location.

There is a full-time licensed broker available Monday-Friday in the office to answer questions for you if your real estate broker is in a meeting with other clients. Only have time on weekends? No problem! We can arrange meetings with you at your convenience.
