Jeanne Kempton joined Compass when it acquired white glove firm Stribling & Associates in 2019. Prior to that, and as a founding member in 2013 of the Brooklyn office on Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill, she became one of its top producers. The merger of these two firms has created a powerful dynamic of innovative technology, marketing and data reporting.

A proud fourth-generation Brooklynite, Jeanne offers an encyclopedic knowledge of Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods, having lived in Prospect Heights, Cobble Hill, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, the East Village and now Greenwich Village. She and her husband have renovated multiple properties over the last two decades, including two townhouses in Brooklyn. Prior to her career in real estate, Jeanne worked for a Hudson River School Art dealer. Jeanne, her husband and their two sons currently call Greenwich Village home and spend much of their free time at many of the wonderful parks and cultural institution NYC has to offer. Jeanne is an active member of the New York Athletic Club, the Montauk Club and the Queen's University Belfast Alumni Association.
