Jeanne Panuczak

Jeanne is a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker. She's an east coast transplant who still loves the ocean, but has found that the mountains equally fill her soul!

After moving to Boulder in 1998, Jeanne became a Realtor® in 2004 and joined forces with an established top producer where she was a buyer's specialist for 8 years and closed on hundreds of homes. She then worked in health and wellness for a few years, but the love of property investment and home ownership brought her back to the Real Estate world. Having worked for several prominent teams in the Boulder/Denver market, Jeanne has a wealth of knowledge to share with her clients. She is patient, a thoughtful listener, great advocate, and an excellent negotiator.

Having lived herself in Boulder, Denver, and the Colorado mountains for over 20 years, Jeanne's clients appreciate her expertise and local knowledge. She has experienced a variety of market fluctuations, and uses that experience to help guide clients towards making the right decisions for their home buying or selling needs. Her strong network of friends and local business associates have proven to be assets for many of her clients relocating to the area.

Beyond real estate, Jeanne enjoys hiking the foothills with her dogs, golfing, and is an avid snowboarder. Nothing beats a powder day! She is a proud dog mom to 2 rescued pups and volunteers with local animal rescue groups.
