Jeanne lives in Coronado, CA with her husband Craig, son Jakob, and dog Frankie Rose. In her free time, you can find her volunteering as an adult leader and Treasurer of her son's Boy Scout Troop or volunteering with beach clean-ups and habitat restoration efforts. Jeanne is a member of the Coronado Woman's Club and enjoys the combination of the philanthropic and social activities of the group. She enjoys exercising, gardening and the challenge of hiking mountains over 14,000 ft. high (14ers).
Jeanne is a certified California Association of Realtors Transaction Coordinator (CTC). She has completed a comprehensive certification training to enhance her expertise on the intricacies of California real estate transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements.
Jeanne is a certified National Association of Realtors Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Specialist. As an MRP, she has completed the comprehensive MRP core course and received additional training in VA home purchase financing options for disabled service members and veterans, as well as VA compromise sale transactions. In addition, Jeanne has experience identifying and successfully negotiating VA assumable loans.
Jeanne is a certified Probate & Trust Specialist. She has completed a comprehensive probate certification program and can help you understand and navigate the complex probate process.
