Jeanne Spurlock

Jeanne Spurlock is a multigenerational entrepreneur and sought a career in real estate so she could establish a business of her own. Inspired by her father’s Chicago-based international floral business, Jeanne observed his appreciation for community growth and sales influence in the Chicago business arena. Jeanne earned her real estate license and started saving to start her own real estate brokerage firm. Jeanne quickly became a Top Producer in Hyde Park and Chicago and in just a few years, she successfully purchased the real estate firm that she worked for. For nearly three decades, Jeanne was a leading owner and broker, managing over 40 sales brokers while selling over $600M on her own. She eventually sold her business and continued to grow while partnering with BHHS Chicago and now the MG Group at COMPASS.

As a long-time resident of Hyde Park, she’s enjoyed its diversity and inclusive vibe, so much so that she served as the Executive Board Director of the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce advocating for city resources, promoting equity and inclusion for small businesses, and helping grow the “Jewel on the Lake” into the dynamic destination it is today.

Jeanne’s unparalleled breadth of experience, market knowledge, and work ethic has helped her provide her clients a seamless experience, working through all aspects of a transaction while holding herself to the highest possible ethical standard. Jeanne specializes in key Near South/South Side neighborhoods of Hyde Park, Kenwood, Bronzeville, and the South Loop. When not working, she enjoys swimming, walking along the lakefront, spending time with her family, attending concerts, and volunteering for various charities, including Ronald McDonald House and Boys & Girls Club of Chicago.
