Jeannette Floto

Jeannette Floto is passionate about real estate and works tirelessly to ensure the entire process is positive and efficient for her clients. In addition to being a steadfast client advocate, Jeannette's strong professional relationships and client-centric, detail-oriented approach enable her to close deals smoothly. Jeannette developed her outstanding marketing and negotiation skills in her previous advertising career, where she handled campaigns for brands like Avon, Gillette, and Head & Shoulders.

In 2009, Jeannette left advertising to pursue a career in real estate, joining the Corcoran Group in Brooklyn Heights. In her first three years, she closed over $20 million in sales in the very popular and tricky brownstone Brooklyn market. Before joining the top-ranked Leslie Clarke Team, she worked most recently on Douglas Elliman's highest producing team in CT.

Jeannette moved with her young family from Brooklyn back to her native Fairfield County in 2013. She understands firsthand the logistics, stress, and emotions involved with moving, whether locally, from New York City, or abroad. As a native, Jeannette has an expansive knowledge of Fairfield County and can speak to each town's strengths and weaknesses. This valuable perspective and guidance on living in the area have earned her the devotion of her clients.

Settling in Westport with her husband and 3 children, Jeannette is very involved in her community. She is a co-leader of Friends of Compo Beach, a member of the Greens Farm School PTA, an active "room mom", a past board member of Westport Young Women's League, and is also involved with her children's extra-curricular organizations including dance, Girl Scouts, Westport Soccer Association, and Westport PAL Lacrosse.
