Born and raised in Chicago, Jeannette began her career as a Project Coordinator in commercial real estate development before moving into residential sales where she partnered as a Luxury Listing Agent for a top producing team recognized among the top one percent of Realtors in the U.S.
Today, she is the president of Jeannette Pawula Residential Group - a team of agents committed to providing excellence, quality service, and integrity, and is recognized as one of the top 10% of Realtors within Chicago. Jeannette has extensive knowledge and experience working with a variety of clients including buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters throughout the Chicagoland area and has extensive neighborhood and local expertise.
Jeannette is truly client-focused and her number one priority is to always understand her clients' needs, serve in their best interests, and provide experienced guidance in all aspects of the transaction going beyond just the sale. As a result, the majority of her sales are generated through repeat clients and referrals. Jeannette's personal philosophy of business is that Real Estate is not just a career, but a way of life, and she is actively engaged in her business day and night. Jeannette Pawula is passionate about charity and giving back. Prior to retiring from nonprofit in 2019, Jeannette founded an international charity committed to saving the lives of street children in Haiti, Colombia, and Nicaragua, and opened her own orphanage in Haiti. She is currently a member of the Consortium for Street Children Network, Great Lakes Mastiff Rescue, Realtors to the Rescue, the Chicago Council for Global Affairs, and was a participant in the Nexus Global Youth Summit at the United Nations. Jeannette's passions include clean beauty, wellness, yoga and fine dining. She is also a dog lover and lives in Wicker Park with her adopted English Mastiff Brutus.
