About Jeannine
I am a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in the industry, and a heartfelt commitment to client satisfaction. A proud alumnus of Hofstra University, I graduated in May 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management. My journey in real estate began even earlier, earning my Real Estate License in July 1998 and advancing to a Broker's Associate role by 2003. 

 With over 39 years of residency in the Long Island area, I cultivated a profound connection to the community. My career path took an exciting and dynamic turn in 2020 when I launched my own team in New York, partnering with a carefully selected real estate agent, Melissa Schneider, to create the Principe Schneider Team. To better serve my clients who were migrating down south, I moved to Florida in 2022 and became a Broker Associate in Florida as well. This business expansion allows my team to seamlessly work with homeowners and buyers in both states, reflecting my unwavering passion and dedication to the real estate profession. I find immense joy in helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. 

My achievements include being recognized by Long Island Business News in their Top 40 Under 40 list in 2018, earning the title of Realtor of the Decade in 2021, and receiving accolades from the International Association of Top Professionals. My expertise has been featured in Tom Ferry's Real Trends, where I ranked in the top 1.5% of all agents nationally by sales volume.  I was featured as a "trailblazer" in the book "50 Fearless Leaders Volume II", which claimed the #1 spot on bestseller lists nationally and internationally.
