My real estate journey began as an investor, long before I became a real estate agent. Early on, I focused on understanding property value, cash flow, and long-term ownership—experience that continues to shape how I advise buyers and sellers today.

After gaining hands-on experience as an investor, I earned my real estate license to better serve clients navigating similar decisions. As my career progressed, I expanded into long-term rentals, land ownership, and development, giving me a well-rounded perspective on real estate from multiple angles—not just as an agent, but as an owner and decision-maker.

Today, I work as a Broker Associate at Compass, serving clients throughout Gilroy, Morgan Hill, South Santa Clara County, and the broader South Bay Area. Clients rely on me for honest guidance and strategic advice, knowing that every recommendation is grounded in real-world experience rather than sales tactics.

Most of my clients aren’t investors—they’re homeowners making important life decisions. My role is to guide them through that process with clarity, care, and a focus on long-term outcomes.

My approach is highly educational. I believe clients make better decisions when they understand the “why” behind pricing, timing, preparation, and negotiation strategies. Whether someone is buying a home, selling a long-held property, or evaluating land and development opportunities, my role is to provide clear, practical guidance.

I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and probate certified, and I regularly help families navigate complex transitions involving estate sales and long-term ownership. I remain actively involved in investing and development, which keeps my advice grounded in current market realities.
