About Jeff
Real estate has been in Jeff’s blood for as long as he can remember. Jeff comes from a family with deep real estate experience. His father, a successful realtor since 1973, started in residential estate, later expanding to commercial real estate. Having spent most of his early life in the industry, Jeff has seen the impact that real estate ownership can have on people’s lives – from financial security to income investment opportunities.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Jeff witnessed the development and construction of the family home in Sherwood Forest and aspired to become an architect. By the age of 18, he had received multiple AIA (American Institute of Architect) competition awards, interned at HOK Architects, and saw his winning design competition submission built by Habitat for Humanity.
At the age of 19, during the real estate recession of the 1990s, he co-founded multiple tech companies – from managing a $30 million/year distribution company of licensed and published software for PC & Mac to co-producing hit PC Games (which sold millions at retail) and console games on Nintendo. As the tech industry shifted to mobile, Jeff spearheaded product development and project management for 800+ mobile apps launched on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon’s app store.
While running the tech companies, Jeff also was involved with investing in income property in San Francisco, commercial property in South San Francisco and constructed their new office/warehouse in San Mateo off highway 101. Since then, he has continued to purchase income property throughout the Bay Area.
With his eye for design and his experience running a fast-paced tech business, Jeff has embraced the importance of integrity, teamwork, technology and value. He is committed to straightforward communication, attention to detail, and excellence in client service. And he believes that making himself available at all times to his clients and never missing a beat is key to a seamless and successful experience.
Both Jeff and his wife Eva are a second-generation husband and wife real estate team helping to make a difference in people’s lives. They find it incredibly rewarding to help make their clients’ ownership dreams come true.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending quality family time with his wife and three children, volunteering at their local church in San Francisco, coaching flag football, and being active in his community in San Mateo.
